Paige Smith, (stage name) Levi Marie, is a 21 year old Speech &Theatre major at Albany State University.While attending school she works on her childhood dream career of becoming a professional singer and a truly committed artist. She began singing at age 6 in church and local talent shows. By age 13, she decided to make entertaining her proffession. From that point on she was involved in many competitions those of which she won include; Apollo In Louisville, Kentucky (2003), The BET College Tour Singers Contest for Albany State in (2010), Beat In The Street with Atlanta's Hot 107.9 with former group Admy're (2009), Scream Tour Contest (2009), and URock Tour Miami (2012). She has also recieved awards and titles with her actiong roles; Best Supporting Actress for her double role of Effie/Michele in Mundy's Mill High School's Dreamgirls Production (2008) and All Star Cast Member for her role of Angel in Albany State University's Before It Hits HomeProduction (2012) Now having been around the industry starting off writing for Nitti Beats, 5th Street Entertainment (Grand Hustle), and performing in front of many famous faces for years, in January 2012 she released her original mixtape entitled "Welcome2HippieNation" which was nominated for "Best Mixtape Of The Year" by her fellow classmates at ASU. She is what you call a triple threat, most famous for her singing, she also raps, writes, and acts. Levi Marie is a versatile artist with works in genres such as, R&B, Hip Hop, Rap, & Blues.With often voice comparisons to Jasmine Sullivan and Chrisette Michelle, Levi has found a way to stand out with her unique sound & style. She has two single's (Wrong & Cloud 9) currently in rotation on 96.3 Wjiz Albany Radio Station, as well as her music being featured on several mixtapes. Her fanbase is growing rapidly with the help of ally organizations Hippie Nation (where she is co-founder) and TeamSIRMeUp (where her manager Andrew Hall is CEO), these two power teams have managed to kick off the beginning of Ms.Levi Marie's progressing career. "I want my fans to know me as a normal person as well as an artist so my plan is to connect and give back as much as I can". Paige says that is her only goal in the world of music.
